 HLPC has implemented a flat-rate pricing system. our fees include all associated costs from processing the loan, such as: overnight packages, telephone/fax charges, submission to up 2 lenders, post- closing package to broker etc...

HLPC does not assess a fee for loans that do not close. you will receive an invoice after your loan funds, which can be paid by credit card or check.
